Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Rescue Partners service. By signing up for the Rescue Partners service, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. PRIVACY POLICY Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. respects the privacy of its users and promises not to disclose personal or business information to third parties without the express permission of You and Your company. We will not sell Your name, e-mail address, phone number, or any other personal information to anyone else. We consider this information to be private, and it will remain as such. If You have any questions about Your privacy rights, please refer to the privacy policy at www.hutchcraft.com. The following agreement is summarized as follows: -You place our merchants banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails. -We may email you concerning new campaigns -We may email you with information about Ron Hutchcraft Ministries -We might change the service here and then -Placement of links on Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed -The Rescue Partners service is voluntary, and no monetary value is accrued by Rescue Partners in exchange for their participation -All statistics are collected and calculated by Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc., and will be the only valid stats used for determining rescue statistics. -Any page that contains Rescue Partner links, banners, or code must be written in English. -As an Rescue Partner, you can only have 1 account. You can list multiple domains in one account, but only one account is allowed. -You cannot SPAM. We will terminate your account on the first offense of spamming! Do not send email to lists or groups that you do not have permission to send to. We cannot stress this enough, we WILL terminate your account on the first offense. -You may place banners or links within your newsletters, email signatures, in content of your website, or within other web related content. -Failure to abide by these rules could mean termination from a the Ron Hutchcraft Ministries Rescue Partners service. -All personal information from people making a commitment to Jesus Christ is held in the strictest of confidence by Ron Hutchcraft Ministries. -Ron Hutchcraft Ministries will conduct all appropriate follow-up measures for individuals who indicate they have made a commitment to Jesus Christ. DEFINITIONS "Rescue Partner" means a individual that places a link on the Internet, and is notified for each legitimate commitment to Jesus Christ that results from links placed by that individual. This is also an individual that uses the Ron Hutchcraft Ministries Rescue Partners service to facilitate the application, tracking, and reporting of rescue statistics. "Visitor" means any person, or user that clicks on a Link to a Rescue website placed on a Rescue Partner's website. "Rescue" means the number of people who have filling out a form confirming that they have made a commitment to Jesus Christ from a link on your website. "Link" means a hyperlink placed on a Rescue Partner's site that, when clicked on, serves a Ron Hutchcraft Ministries website to the Visitor's browser. The Link may be in the form of text, a product image, a button, a banner or any other format acceptable to the Merchant, and defined only through the Rescue Partners website. "VOID" means a reversal of a commitment to Christ previously reported that is later corrected by Ron Hutchcraft Ministries. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries may VOID commitment statistics that are fraudulent, duplicates, or that must be reversed for other valid reasons. "Your Account" means a separate, specific account within the Service that is credited with Rescue Statistics. LINK PLACEMENT As a member of Rescue Partners, you may place and remove Links on Your site and in Your email messages at Your discretion. SERVICE AND SUPPORT Ron Hutchcraft Ministries will provide support for the Service as indicated on the Rescue Partners Web site. EMAIL CONTACT Ron Hutchcraft Ministries reserves the right to send e-mail to You for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes/additions to the Rescue Partners service and to share general information about Ron Hutchcraft Ministries. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE Ron Hutchcraft Ministries reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, Ron Hutchcraft Ministries will notify You via e-mail, newsletter or the Rescue Partners website prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time You may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSES You, the Rescue Partner, are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable right to use trademarks and banners provided through the Rescue Partners service from Ron Hutchcraft Ministries. All images, technology and content provided for Your use is and shall remain the sole property of Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, and no part thereof shall be deemed assigned or licensed to You except as explicitly provided for herein. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patent rights or applications, tradenames and service marks related to the foregoing shall remain the sole property of Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, including rights in and to any derivatives thereof. You may not modify the trademarks, banners, the content or any of the images provided to You in any way. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries may immediately terminate Your license to use the marks if the Ron Hutchcraft Ministries reasonably believes that such use dilutes, tarnishes or blurs the value of their marks.
